Downloadable products are available for an unlimited amount of time and a limited number of downloads (10). Make sure you verify that you can open the files. If you have a problem, please contact us and include a copy of your invoice.
To redownload any previous purchases, log in to your account, view orders, and download as needed. You should make a backup of your downloaded purchases in case of unforeseen loss of the shopping cart.
Physical products are normally shipped within 2-5 business days of payment and often the same day.
Due to the nature of digital products, returns are not accepted on opened or downloaded product. If your product is damaged during shipping or is otherwise unreadable when you open it, please let us know and we will replace it.
Non-digital products can be returned within 30 days as long as their original packaging is intact.
