June 2010 Free Embroidery Design

This design would make a great border design. Rotate it 90 degrees and use your software to create a continuous/endless hoop design. This artwork was modified from a collection by Design Stitch to allow for better sewing of satin stitches and to fit a 10x100mm hoop. PLEASE SHARE THIS LINK!!!

Embroidery Tip

  • Sewing through “sticky-back” stabilizers can result in a thick, stiff embroidery. Before adjusting the design, sew it with a different backing (I like no-show mesh cut-aways) and see if it makes a significant change.

Mission

To inspire and nurture personal creativity and productivity by connecting embroiderers and digitizers with innovative, high-quality products and information that significantly elevate their enjoyment and experience while maximizing the use of technology. In other words, more toys and more fun!
