by Lindee Goodall

Why should you take this class? Because understanding how a design is created will make you a better embroiderer. While not technically a digitizing class, you will begin to look at a design through the eyes of a digitizer. Why waste time sewing a design if you can look at it on-screen and see that it is not sew-worthy for your project?

Embroidery Tip

  • Don’t figure-8 rubber bands around thread spools to prevent thread raveling. The pressure can damage and soften the thread for several layers, causing thread breaks when the thread is used. Rubber bands can also tarnish some metallic threads.

Mission

To inspire and nurture personal creativity and productivity by connecting embroiderers and digitizers with innovative, high-quality products and information that significantly elevate their enjoyment and experience while maximizing the use of technology. In other words, more toys and more fun!
